“The Kids on the Block” is a special Troupe of Puppets with an important message to teach awareness of abilities rather than disabilities, visited students in grades K-2 at St. Aloysius Campus of the Kaukauna Catholic School System recently. Each performance involves a dialogue between puppets, followed by a session in which the puppets engage the students in an educational conversation of questions and answers, leaving students with a better understanding of what they have in common with someone who has a disability than not.Thursday, January 21, 2010
